Procurement Specialist

Brief Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Procurement Specialist to support our automation projects across EMEA. This role focuses on supplier development, cost control, and reliable project delivery in an international environment. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, PM, Finance, and suppliers in Europe and China.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard suppliers (racks, totes, installation, logistics, etc.)
Maintain dual-sourcing and supplier performance evaluation
Analyze cost breakdown and support cost optimization
Issue RFQs and compare technical & commercial proposals
Negotiate contracts and align with legal/finance
Track PO delivery and manage supply risk
Support project execution and supplier coordination

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
2–3 years of procurement experience
Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills
Experience with framework agreements is a plus
Fluent in Chinese & English; European language is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
