Procurement Intern

We are currently on the lookout for a Procurement Intern to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be supporting our Procurement Specialist, meaning you'll get the exposure, experience and guidance to build a strong foundation in purchasing/procurement practices, develop your skills, and contribute meaningfully to the success of our Procurement department. For this role, you will support with completing the back-end process of European procurement, including but not limited to:

• Opening Purchase Requisition (PR) Order Processing
• Payment Tracking and Management
• Invoice Processing and Verification
• Optimize and improve the procurement process to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the process
• Classify and organize various quotations, and perform data analysis to support decision-making

You are an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a clear eye for detail. You are currently a Bachelor or Master's student at a university in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have:

• A study background in Procurement/purchasing, logistics, supply chain and other related majors (highly preferred)
• Good data analysis skills, able to find problems through data and make optimization suggestions
• Strong Chinese and English reading and writing skills, and be able to handle daily procurement-related English emails and documents
