We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team's efforts in ensuring that our customers are able to seamlessly maintain and optimise our innovative robotics solutions. As a key member of our after-sales team, you will:

- Take ownership of customer issues reported and provide according resolution.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet those needs. 
- Quickly respond to field service queries to ensure equipment availability.
- Engage in other service-related work.
- Be comfortable working on-site at customer locations (1 - 3 weeks).

In order to be successful in this role, you must have a problem solving mindset, be proactive, and have an affinity for operational excellence. In addition, you meet the following criteria:

- You are a quick learner with excellent hands-on skills, both mechanical and electrical.
- Some years of site engineering experience preferred, but new graduates are also welcome!
- You possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese and English in both oral and written form is a must.
- Some basic knowledge of network or database is preferred.
- Traveling time is around 20% - 40%.
- Applicants must hold a valid EU passport.
