Brief Overview
We are looking for a driven Junior Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and innovative environment. In this strategic role, you will support sales growth and partner engagement across the Central & Eastern Europe region, playing a key role in turning opportunities into success through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Follow internal sales processes, in collaboration with internal resources and partners, convert opportunities in the pipeline into order intake.
• Assist Country Manager on partner management and providing sales forecasting in CEE
• Assist Country Manager with project closing, customer presentations and visits in CEE
• Collaborate with both internal team members and external partners to build and maintain a solid pipeline of target value to support future business growth
• Support and work closely with Marketing, Solution and Project Management teams for other customer facing tasks
• Provide insights on market trend, competition intelligence, solution development and other relevant market info.
• Set objectives, make and execute plans for personal development targets to ensure continuous business and personal growth.
Who are we looking for?
You ideally have the following:
• Bachelor's degree and above in Business Information System, Engineering, Software and/or relevant fields
• Relevant experience in Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material-Handling Equipment (MHE) industry.
• Proven track record in exceeding challenging sales targets, identifying critical issues and crafting practical solutions.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and superior presentation abilities, with the capacity to communicate with all-level stakeholders.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive, high energy, a “self-starter” attitude, the ability to set and meet ambitious goals, and the drive to succeed both personally and professionally
• Active, honest and diligent, optimistic and open-minded, with pioneering spirit, able to travel frequently.
• Preferably based in a CEE country, with fluency in Polish, Czech, Hungarian or another native language from the CEE region considered a strong plus.
