Key Responsibilities
We are currently on the lookout for a Procurement Intern to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be supporting our Procurement Specialist, meaning you'll get the exposure, experience and guidance to build a strong foundation in purchasing/procurement practices, develop your skills, and contribute meaningfully to the success of our Procurement department. For this role, you will support with c
ompleting the back-end process of European procurement, including but not limited to:Opening Purchase Requisition (PR) Order Processing
Payment Tracking and Management
Invoice Processing and Verification
Optimize and improve the procurement process to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the process
Classify and organize various quotations, and perform data analysis to support decision-making
Who are we looking for?
You are an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a clear eye for detail. You are currently a Bachelor or Master's student at a university in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have:
A study background in Procurement/purchasing, logistics, supply chain and other related majors (highly preferred)
Good data analysis skills, able to find problems through data and make optimization suggestions
Strong Chinese/English reading and writing skills, and be able to handle daily procurement-related English emails and documents
