We are currently seeking a Country Manager to take over the responsibility for the Benelux region.

As our Benelux Country Manager, you will establish the HAI Robotics brand and:
  • In the short term, implement a go-to-market strategy including processes, methodologies, commercial tactics, and pipelines across multiple channels, including direct sales and channel sales, to achieve the commercial targets of order intake and pipeline value 
  • In the medium term, establish a portfolio of successful installation and develop a supporting partnership of local partners to cover the entire spectrum of the market
  • In the long term, establish a local operation for HAI Robotics utilizing both external and internal resources to maintain the growth of the business within the territory, including design and sales, implementation, after-sales service 
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
  • Following the sales process defined by HAI, in collaboration with internal resources and partners, converting opportunities in the pipeline into order intake. 
  • Leading and collaborating with both internal team members and external partners to build and maintain a solid pipeline of target value to support future business growth 
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong partner network to cover the entire spectrum of the market.
  • Initiating and supporting partner enablement to improve team efficiency. 
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasting 
  • Communicating regularly with the management team on budget achievements, sales strategies, market conditions, and counter-measures
  • Supporting and working closely with Marketing, Solutions and Project Management teams for other customer facing tasks 
  • Providing insights on market trend, competition intelligence, solution development and other relevant information for better positioning and development of the company. 
  • Setting objectives, making and executing plans for personal development targets to ensure continuous business and team growth. 
Who are we looking for?
You ​are proactive and ​have strong communication skills. In addition, you ideally have:

  • A bachelor's degree or above in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Software and/or relevant fields 
  • 5+ years of extensive sales leadership experience in the Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Material-Handling Equipment (MHE) industry.
  • Diversified, multi-channel sales management experience dealing across various industries such as E-Commerce, 3PL, Pharmaceutical and Retail etc. 
  • A proven track record of fast-paced strategic thinking, exceeding sales targets, identifying critical issues and crafting practical solutions. 
  • Experience with value-based selling and ROI presentation. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and superior presentation abilities, with the capacity to communicate with all-levels of stakeholders. 
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive, high energy, a “self-starter” attitude, the ability to set and meet aggressive goals, and the drive to succeed both personally and professionally 
  • Active, honest and diligent, optimistic and open-minded, with a pioneering spirit
  • The willingness to travel frequently
