Key Responsibilities
We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team's efforts in ensuring that our customers are able to seamlessly maintain and optimise our innovative robotics solutions. As a key member of our after-sales team, you will:
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution;
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
- Quickly respond to field service queries to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment availability;
- Be responsible for the training of service partners and taking responsibility for regional service partner management;
- Engage in other service-related work;
- Be comfortable working on-site at customer locations (2 - 4 weeks)

Who are we looking for?
In order to be successful in this role, you must have a problem solving mindset, be proactive, and have an affinity for operational excellence. In addition, you meet the following criteria:
- You are a quick learner with excellent hands-on skills, both mechanical and electrical;
- You have recently graduated or you have a minimum of 2 years of site engineering experience;
- You are able to read and draw electric construction diagrams;
- You possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese and English in both oral and written form is a must
- Some basic knowledge of network or database is preferred;
- You are able to travel frequently in the European region. Traveling time is around 60% - 80%
