Brief Overview

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Intern to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will contribute to key sales processes, pipeline tracking, and data management for our operations in the EMEA region.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in sales data analysis, CRM management, and sales performance tracking. You will support pipeline monitoring, assist in ensuring data accuracy and compliance within our CRM systems, and collaborate with regional sales teams to help ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. This internship will allow you to develop your expertise in sales operations, data analytics, and international business practices.

Fluency in Chinese is required, and preference will be given to candidates with strong analytical skills and some experience with sales or business operations in the Netherlands. The internship duration is six months, with a minimum availability of four days per week. The preferred start date is ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to support revenue growth
  •  Help monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  •  Support the management of the sales pipeline and assist in tracking progress toward sales targets
  •  Maintain and update CRM systems and other sales tools to track sales activity and performance
  •  Assist in preparing sales forecasts and reports to guide sales efforts
Overall, this internship focuses on supporting and optimizing the sales process while learning how a sales team operates efficiently and effectively. It requires strong analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Who are we looking for?

You are an energetic, self-motivated individual who can work independently and think outside the box. In addition:
 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field (or recent graduate)
  •  Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  •  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Proactive, curious, and problem-solving oriented
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills are a plus
  •  Experience with CRM (Salesforce) or ERP systems is a plus, but not required
  •  You speak fluent English and Chinese (Chinese is a must)
